2. Orders and Payments
2.1 Made-to-Order Products: All products sold on our Site are made-to-order. This means that the item will be made once a customer purchases it. Due to the nature of made-to-order, items can take up to 4 weeks to produce depending upon other orders in the production queue. Once your order is placed, we will send you an update on when to expect the completion and delivery of your ordered item(s). We offer five sizes for customers to choose from which range from 1-5.
2.2 Pricing and Payments: All prices are listed in United States Dollar and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.3 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or any other issue.
3. Shipping and Returns
3.1 Shipping: Orders will be shipped once the item is completed and ready to be sent to the customer. After an order is placed, we will send an estimated time of completion to inform the client of when they should expect shipment. We will make every effort to ship their order within the estimated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
3.2 Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges as the item is made solely for the customer once it is purchased.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Namier Viazcán LLC or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content on the Site is strictly prohibited.
